The top dog shots up another four hundred notches to 1,200 hp, and gets slapped with a $2.03 Million. NEW CAR Close Up on Bentley’s 80-11 Edition Continental GTC and GTC Speed

HOTT!!!

The Paris Auto Show is where the next Bentley Continental GT will be revealed, but that will concern the coupe only. The convertible GTC will continue a while longer while the new body style is prepared for its own fashion show next year. To keep North American buyers enticed, Bentley’s dressed up the GTC and GTC Speed in Midnight paint and various accoutrement and called it the 80-11 Edition.

Shown off at Pebble Beach, in addition to their unique hue they both get shiny Union Jack badges on their front fenders, Dark Metallic soft tops and heavy-as-billet Mulliner gas tank caps. When it comes to telling the apart, the GTC gets 20-inch, 14-spoke wheels with black centers while the GTC Speed gets the lighter-weight Continental Supersports wheel in a dark tint, under which reside red brake calipers. Inside, they both get turned aluminum dashes and Beluga leather but the GTC gets contrasting white stitching, the GTC Speed wears Pillar Box Red stitching.

The final thing they have in common: FlexFuel engines capable of running on E85. Meaning the only thing you’ll lose with these two is carbon emissions. They’ll be arriving in dealer showrooms later this year.

NEW CAR Mercedes-Benz New CLS

PICTURE ME ROLLIN
“The new CLS points the way forward for the future perceptible design idiom of Mercedes-Benz”, explains Professor Gorden Wagener, head of design at Mercedes-Benz. Visually, the radiator grille is not integrated into the hood but is formed separately. This further highlights the long hood. The large, elongated dark air inlets with black grilles also add to the vehicle’s athletic appearance. The lowest level of the headlamp houses the main beam and nightview functions. A distinctive and muscular sports car-like shoulder line above the rear axle highlights the athletic character of the new CLS. The side view is rounded off with wide wrap-around tail lights featuring LED technology which are arranged in the form of a linking element to the rear of the vehicle.

MY GOD!!!!!!!

For a whopping $9.6 million you can now order the world’s most expensive limited edition supercar, the Aston Martin Super Sport. Only eight examples will be built, each in a different color including red, yellow, silver, black and sky blue, for collectors worldwide. The incredibly costly vehicles are being offered by Star Electric Cars France (SECF), designer of coachbuilt specialty vehicles includingRolls-Royce golf carts and the like for rock stars, royalty and people with way too much money. A sort of souped-up version of the Aston Martin One-77, yet far more exclusive, the mid-engine engined hypercar is powered by a twin-turbo 5.4 liter V8 engine producing around 900 hp. It features carbon fiber bodywork, gullwing doors, carbon ceramic brakes and a leather, Alcantara and carbon fiber interior. While it may just seem like a hyperbolic concept, rest assured that if your check for $9.6 million clears SECF will actually build you one of these things.

I BELIEVE BEFORE I DIE IMA GONNA HAVE LIKE 5 HOMES CAUSE I LOVE SO MANY STYLES,THIS IS ME ALL DAY,JUST NEED TO ADD A POOL

Montecito, California, a modernist masterpiece designed to house a world-class collection of 35 cars – that’s $1 million per car – in a stunning automotive art gallery. Walls and pillars lined in walnut give way to massive plate glass windows fronting on a sweeping terrace so that the car collection is integrated into life of the house. Of course you also get 15,000-square-feet of living space into the bargain. Designed byarchitect Steve Hermann and dubbed the Glass Pavilion in homage to the late Philip Johnson, it’s set within a 3.5 acre estate of oak groves near to where Al Gore recently spent nearly $9 million on aMediterranean-style mansion. Other famous neighbors include Oprah WInfrey, Steve Martin, Jeff Bridges and John Cleese. Massive structural steel beams allow for acres of glass that appear to be floating above the rolling lawns. The kitchens and baths are fitted out by famous names such as Varena, Poliform and Antonio Lupi. In each category the “best and most exciting products from around the world” were sourced to make the entire house, which took six years to compete, utterly flawless.

NEW CAR WALLY SUPERCAR CONCEPT FOR THE SUPERYACHT SET

ANOTHER CRAZY CONCEPT

Monaco-based boatbuilder Wally, known for its avant-garde yacht designs, is responsible for some of the most eye-catching craft plying the waters. Now Matthew Hockham, an automotive design graduate of theUK‘s Coventry University, has come up with a Wally supercar concept inspired by both of the company’s passions. Hockham’s brief was to take Wally’s distinctive design language and apply it to a suitably high-end and high-tech automotive concept. “The aim is to bring the essence of Wally onto the land and offer an exclusive user experience,” he tells Car Body Design. Hockham’s design uses Wally’s trademark futuristic form language with sharp edges, black glass surfaces and hi-tech gray tones. The side profile was inspired by the lines of the stunning 118 WallyPower yacht. The interior makes extensive use of carbon fiber and teak, two materials used widely by Wally, and the elongated chassis is especially designed to transport a pair of Wally carbon fiber skis.
